Ginger Sullivan has been involved in the construction and sales industries most of her adult life so it was a very natural progression for her to go into the Real Estate side of the business. She has family members who sell construction equipment, install siding, handle landscaping, frame houses and she even married an electrician!

With over 21 years experience she has worked in the New Construction field helping many Buyers through the process. This could include choosing the lot, making alterations to a plan, choosing fixtures and finishes and overseeing the construction process with the Buyer. Many times this also included selling their current home which helped her develop the skills necessary to market the home and negotiate a satisfactory contract.
