William Coalson was born and raised in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Playing many different sports while growing up molded him into a disciplined competitor that works well with others. As a teenager, William started to learn a lot about Central Virginia Real Estate while working part time with his father, who has been a Real Estate appraiser for over 20 years. He graduated from Lee-Davis High School and Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Sociology. While in school, William lettered in Football all four years. During his college career he learned how to juggle academics, sports, and part time jobs at a high level of excellence.

William got his start in Real Estate while interning with Shawn Shurm during his last semester of college. He realized right away that helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of owning a home was what he wanted to do. The focus of his business is providing great service and building life time relationships. The majority of his business comes from satisfied past and current clients. Since William’s primary source of new business is referrals from people who know and trust him, he doesn’t have to spend time prospecting and promoting himself. He can dedicate himself fully to the activities that benefit his clients the most and always deliver truly exceptional service. William’s energy, enthusiasm and level of service sets him apart from the average Realtor.
