Melanie was raised in Chesterfield County, VA and has also had the pleasure of residing in Henrico County and the City of Richmond.

Melanie joined the United States Marine Corps in 1989 and was trained as an Airfield Fire Fighter. She is a Desert Storm Veteran and also served at the Mobilization Station in Richmond, VA.

After receiving an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps, Melanie received training in computer programming and also gained valuable skills working in sales, service, personal training, and as a legal assistant.

Melanie became a Realtor in 2004 and has never looked back. Real Estate provides the excitement and challenges that Melanie craves while giving her the ability to make positive contributions to the lives of her clients and her family. Melanie received several awards for sales volume and had a 98% customer satisfaction rating for 2019.

Ethical treatment of all parties involved in the transaction, extensive communication, adherence to all federal and state laws and loyalty to you, the brokerage client, are Melanie's guideposts and she still subscribes to the Marine Corps motto, Simper Fidelis (Always Faithful).

Melanie loves meeting and helping new people from all walks of life, trying new foods, reading, continuing her education, training other Realtors and sales agents and spending time with her family and her Yorkie, Bella.
